It connects risk management and regulatory processes to assist the bank€™s reputation and assets. Our operational staff works closely with other departments including external clients to facilitate the business and offer direction and guidance, particularly with new products. Our operation department works responsibly throughout the bank to fulfill the operational duties and challenges. It involves transactions, trades and meeting the demands of our clients and colleagues throughout different regions in all major currencies.

Operation Department is headed by a Chief Operation Officer and Deputy Chief Operation Officer. For any enquires on operational issues such as:

- Remittance Inward/Outward and Clearing settlement.
