Khawaja Muhammad Esami

Chairman

Mr. Khawaja Muhammad Esami is the Chairman of the Shariah Board for the Islamic Bank of Afghanistan.

He started attending the College of Sharia and Arabic Language in 1998, He finished with honors in 200.

 After that, he spent two years working for the UAE's Ministry of Justice and Endowments in various legal and religious establishments. 

He also served as a teaching member and administrative head at Madina International Institute in Peshawar from 2003 to 2004.

 He began his master's studies in the Faculty of Sharia and Law at the International Islamic University in Islamabad in September 2005, and he finished with honors in 2008. 

He started studying for a Ph.D. in 2009, finished it with honors, and was awarded the highest honors (Darajat al-Sharaf al-Oula) in 2014.

 The five languages that Mr. Esami speaks fluently are Arabic, English, Urdu, Pashto, and Dari.

 Mr. Esami has made important contributions on a global level and is a renowned academic and legal researcher.

 He has worked in the United Arab Emirates and at the International Islamic University in Islamabad, where he has conducted research, taught Sharia and law, and given academic advice. 

He has the privilege of belonging to several academic organizations connected to the International Islamic University from 2007 to 2012.
